If so, welcome again!<br /><br />Training times are as follows:<br />Monday - 7:30 - 9pm<br />Wednesday - 7:30 - 9pm<br />Friday - 5:30 - 7pm (Weapons class)<br /><br />Please wear comfortable, loose clothes that you can move easily in. Shorts and strappy tops are awkward to train in.<br /><br />We welcome all from the Grahamstown community as well as Rhodes students.
